Spring Health Launches Atlas AI Tool to Empower HR Leaders on Behavioral Health Data Management
Spring Health has introduced a new platform named Atlas to empower Human Resources teams and benefits leaders with the tools to optimize behavioral health program outcomes and take actions to improve return-on-investment.
Atlas offers a concise overview of the primary mental health opportunities within a workforce or population, utilizing machine learning algorithms to assess data across various segments or industries. These insights are coupled with action plans, and users can engage with their Spring Health Customer Success team through unique collaboration tools or allocate resources in real-time. While 92% of employers claim to use benefit engagement data for decision-making, a significant number admit to struggling to derive meaningful conclusions or take data-informed actions based upon the data.
Atlas goes beyond standard program reporting, offering insights by benchmarking against organizational objectives and identifying trends. For instance, a clinical insight might alert an HR leader to the higher stress levels reported by employees at a specific location compared to the rest of the population. Atlas would then suggest a manager training and communication strategy for that location, monitoring stress levels over time to measure the program’s effectiveness.
Adam Chekroud, President and Co-Founder of Spring Health, stated, “Atlas equips HR executives with the evidence they need to make intelligent investments in their behavioral health programs. Data leads to insights, insights result in recommended actions, and actions lead to tracked outcomes that generate new data, facilitating further optimization. This virtuous cycle empowers our customers with the ultimate tool for ensuring the best possible return on investment.”
